Thought working with Resilience Academy Universities in Tanzania, several programs are conducted to advance the e-learning and skills development to youth such as class training, visualisation challenges program, training of the trainers program and Industrial training program. Training materials are produced with University experts from university partners and shared openly for every one to access using e-learning MOOC platform. Then these training materials are used with the experts to conduct training programs to the University youth.
